  37. Unfortunately, this does not always work.  Under certain
  38. circumstances, which are the fault of Microsoft and, or,
  39. the author(s) of video card drivers, a DOS box will not
  40. resize to full-screen, but instead minimize, or, perhaps,
  41. shift window positioning.  The only means for readily
  42. remedying the situation is to change resolution, first.
